Space Policy Research Collaborative (SPRC)

Leader: Kylyn Smith

Affirming the YUAA’s commitment to tackling aerospace problems in any subject, The Space Policy Research Collaborative (“SPRC”) seeks to produce engaging and valuable research on hot topics of the space domain. Teams will produce a full-length report and accompanying briefing of sufficient detail and insight, with the end goal of presenting to official policy-making organizations around the world, such as visiting NATO or the US Capital. The YUAA thanks the ROTC i5 cadets for their support.

SPRC teams — comprised of civilians and i5 cadets interested in engineering or policy, will receive project guidance from an experienced space policy representative. An extensive network of resources, from the Joseph P. Allen i5 Squadron to the industry clients of Hacking 4 Defense, will assist the teams throughout their process.
