We believe that anyone should be able to contribute in any method they see fit. That’s why we accept not only monetary contributions, but assistance in design reviews, as well as donations & discounts on materials, products, software, and more.
INDIVIDUAL DONATIONS

To support the YUAA through a monetary contribution, please visit For Humanity, The Yale Campaign, our university-official 501(c)(3) donation platform, and follow the below instructions.
In the first text box (“Please specify what you would like to support”), enter the YUAA designation code “32212”.
Fill out the remaining fields as instructed. Feel free to leave a comment with your company name if applicable, although prospective sponsors should visit the corporate contributions form below.
Once your donation is complete, the university will confirm that the total has been sent through. The YUAA will be notified of your donation several business days later.
SPONSOR BENEFITS
The YUAA filed hundreds of invoices in 2023, almost exclusively for materials. In 2024, we intend to travel to technical competitions and events, host conferences, and rent out testing facilities. Your contribution will empower these expansions all while maintaining our rate of ordering from 1.1 vendors per academic school day.
Available to corporations with contributions of at least $500 a year, expansive branding opportunities, resume and email list access, and the ability to host an all-day info session await.

Invitations will be offered for notable events. Events in 2024 include Project Liquid’s ASI/YEngine 2.0 testing campaign, Rocket’s IREC Competition Rocket (safe tests included), and more.

Your logo will be larger in all standard and advanced branding locations (Website, Promotional Materials, Social Media, Projects, & Rockets). You will also be featured in premium branding locations, such as the home page on our website.

You will have the opportunity to set up an information booth at Yale-hosted aerospace events. Opportunities anticipated in 2023-2024 will be listed in October.

We will work with you to create a uniquely tailored event plan that showcases your company mission, programs, and career opportunities to our members and the general Yale community. Former YUAA events, particularly those with distinguished guests, have been attended by hundreds of students, alumni, professors, etc.
Prospective speakers seeking a day-long event do not need a galactic sponsorship if their primary content is educational, informative, or entertaining. Recruitment events without a galactic sponsorship will have a 75-minute cap. -
Statements of approximately 75 words can be included in branding opportunities with links to a webpage of your choice.

Please note that the YUAA is independent of Yale University, and by accepting the sponsorship tiers, your contribution(s) are not eligible for tax deductions at the present time. Parties who refuse or are ineligible for benefits, including non-corporate entities and individual donors, are still able to have tax-deductible donations. Please contact us if you have further questions about how your contribution is reflected in university policy.
MONETARY CONTRIBUTIONS
To support the YUAA through a monetary contribution, fill out the sponsorship contact form to discuss a possible quotation of your benefits. Final donations will typically be sent via invoice, with options for bank transfers, checks, credit cards, and more to be paid at once or in agreed installments.
DONATIONS & DISCOUNTS
The monetary value of gifted materials, products, software, and more are counted towards sponsorship tiers. Discounts are similarly put forward.
ASSISTANCE IN DESIGN REVIEWS
In an effort to explore subjects to their fullest, some projects have benefited from the presence of industry-experienced personnel in design reviews. Participating in design reviews counts as $250/hr towards the next eligible sponsorship tier.
